Three of us stood there, stunned… eyes wide, heartbeats fast, our expressions filled with fear and guilt.

Jungkook: “I asked something.”

His voice came out cold… but there was something else hidden in it—a trace of confusion. Still, it sent shivers down our spines.

We three Immediately bowed in front of him.

He gave a formal nod and looked at each of us with unreadable eyes.

Jungkook: “You still didn’t answer my question yet. !? ”

Yn pov:We gulped—nervously..We all knew… if he found out the truth—that we were sneaking out—he wouldn’t spare us. Especially not me.

Yoongi: “Jungkook… we were sn—”

But before he could spill it, Ari interrupted quickly.

roaming around, that’s all. Nothing else!” she said, fast and breathless.

Yoongi and yn looked at her with wide, terrified eyes. But then…

we understood. She was trying to cover us. So, we nodded slowly in agreement, trying not to look too suspicious.

Jungkook: “Hyung… Tell. Me.”His voice was firm now.

Yn pov:

I closed my eyes tightly, heart sinking. Yoongi Hyung will tell everything.

And when he does…

Jungkook will definitely punish us..Especially me..Because I was the one who dragged Ari into this.

Yoongi: “Jungkook… we’re going out. They were excited to see the festival streets, so… I thought I’d take them out.

We all stood stunned and frozen in our place.

Yn pov:

I looked at Yoongi, completely betrayed. I stared at the ground..This day couldn’t get worse.

He hates me. He doesn’t even like standing near me. And now he’ll walk beside us, out in public… This really is a horrible day.

Jungkook hummed and they both walked towards them.

Ari: “Yn! Let’s buy this!” she said excitedly at a food stall.

Yn: “I’ve never had this before, Ari. Let’s try it!”said Excitedly We bought it and eagerly took a bite…

Only to scream in horror the very next second.

Yoongi and Jungkook rushed toward us.

Yoongi: “What happened?!”ask worriedly

Ari: “It’s so spicy, Alpha!”said hurriedly

Yn:Tears welled up in my eyes..It was so, so spicy but Suddenly, someone gently took the stick from my hand and replaced it with cotton candy.

I took a bite without even seeing who it was.

Yn:I looked at her, stunned. Then at him.

He was just silently watching. Then Our eyes met.

I smiled sadly..Still… it was the best day of my life.

The First thing I get from his hands..And I wiped away my tears quietly.

Yn:I widened my eyes at her..I am crying internally

Yn:I nodded immediately then We started walking again.I noticed Yoongi and Ari still at another shop..Something came over me…

I reached out and held Jungkook’s hand.He halted on his spot and turn towards me..His Dark eyes was staring at me and our hands then I pulled away immediately.

“I’m sorry, Your Highness. But please… don’t go to them. Let them be together. They rarely get time like this… let’s not disturb them.”

He just looked at me and at them

His gaze made my heart race.Then… he nodded there is no rush in his actions

Jungkook: “ Let’s go this way.”

Yn:I nodded my head and we both walking beside each other and I called him softly “Your Highness…”He turned back again slowly

I showed him my little pouch.

“I only have 20 coins… please take them. I’ll repay the rest later.”

But he stayed silent with his unreadable expression but suddenly he raised his eyebrows and said

Shopkeeper: “20 gold coins.”

Yn:I smiled brightly and paid quickly and turned towards him with a big smile.

I took his hand in my hand slowly..I hold the ring with fingers about to slide it but then paused.

What was I doing?I look at him nervously..who already looking at me..I gulped and I placed the ring in his palm and said

“This is for you. I know it’s nothing compared to royal jewellery… but whenever you see it, I hope you’ll remember this day…

how we all spent time together here in the markets.”

But he didn’t say anything.

Just placed the ring in his pocket.

I smiled… sadly.I know He’ll probably throw it away.Still… we explored side by side.

Sometimes…our hands brushed.

Butterflies formed in my stomach.

This night…It became the most beautiful memory I ever made.Even if my heart ached for some reasons..It was the best day of my life.
